jlsimpledom.dll
jlsimpledom.dll is a dynamic linking library that provide a simple XML 1.0 reader and writer as well as several utilities to deal with these types of files. At the time when Ripple was initially created there were no simple free xml products to perform the types of file operations that I was interested in using an object oriented frame work so I wrote this library to accomplish these tasks. It has several areas where it could be improved for performance but for the relatively small XML files generated by Ripple it is more than enough.
