Beamish processing of data typically involves four steps.
Step one collect the data. Data must be collected in the following manner. A course image should be collected over the range of the fine phi slices. Additional course images should be collected around this course for refinement of the the matrix parameters. A fine phi data series needs to be collected over the same range as one of the course images
Step two is to process the course image with Mosflm. This is required because Mosflm will generate an MTZ file that contains the locations of the reflections.
Step three is to integrate the reflections site with Halfslices.
Step four is to use Peakstats to clean up the the Halfslice profiles and generate some profile statistics.
