Levenburg-Marquardt Method

Description

The Levenburg-Marquardt Method is an iterative complex way to perform a least square fit to a non-linear function.  It is one of the most widely used non-linear curve fitting methods. It is very useful for finding solutions to complex fitting problems. BEAM-ish adds the ability to constrain the range of fit parameters.  It is used to perform the Gaussian fitting of the reflection points.
